We value the time and needs of every client.
Missed appointments or appointments canceled less than 24 hours of notice will be charged a full service fee. This 24 hour courtesy enables us to schedule other clients, and in turn, maintains availability of services for you and other salon guests.
*Please note: When you receive your text/email reminder you are required to reply “Yes” to confirm. If you do not confirm and fail to show up to your appointment you will be charged a full service fee
542 Salon requires a non- refundable deposit to schedule a new appointment and hold the time slot on the stylists’ schedule. Additionally, the deposit will go towards your service
Deposits are non-refundable.
Due to the volume and flow of the stylists’ schedules, if you are expecting to be late to your appointment we ask for a courtesy call/text to the salon to let us know you are on your way. If by chance you are more than 15 minutes late arriving to your appointment we may ask you to wait or reschedule your appointment due to the scheduling of other appointments.
